Additional Meet Information

• Coaches' packets will be available at the Computer area in the pool
• Please bring meet fee payment to the computer area in the pool
• There will be FLY-OVER starts for all swimmers in both sessions. 
• Swimmers are required to check in for the 500 Free. They need to check in at the computer table in the pool area. This needs to be done by 9am for the morning session and 1:30pm for the afternoon session. At that time the event will be seeded. Swimmers that do not check in will not swim in this event!
• Concessions will be in rooms 305/306 upstairs.
• Results will be posted outside the Concessions area.
• The Clerk of Course will be located in the gyms for swimmers 10 and under. Please do not bring these swimmers to the pool deck and bi-pass the Clerk of Course, this will just delay swimmers from making to the deck on time.
• Timers meeting at 8:30am on the pool deck
• Officials meet at 8:15am in the Chapel on the Upper Floor of the Y
• Officials are still needed. The more officials we have, the less time they have to spend on deck.
• Awards will be available in the Chapel shortly after the conclusion of the meet.
• Results will be posted on our website under Fall Fiesta Invite, Emailed to you after the Meet, and also uploaded to SwimCloud.
